Perhaps a better title for this post would be “what happens when kids are no longer nagged ‘clean your room’ by parents.” The design process and final days of projects are wild and stressful. Production, not tidiness is the primary goal.

As we approach 2am, this is what studio 1 looks like:

But I think it is fallacious to generalize the design process at Olin as a total mess. Studio 1 (my beloved studio) is by far the messiest. And there is one team in particular (I won’t cry names) that contributes largely to the clutter.

As always, the sign of a passionate project and a good swimmer.
